Thanksgiving break officially ended at 6:00am this morning when I heard the faint sound of my phone vibrating telling me to wake up. It was dreadful. At first I thought it was a dream, then I realized my phone was actually going off.
    Anyways, the first day back, after five days off, wasn't that bad. I hardly have any homework, just a lot of reading...A lot. I also have a project/report for On Course and I'm not sure if it's due tomorrow or Thursday, so I'm going to go ahead and finish it tonight.
    When talking about movies today to a friend, I realized how many movies I watched this past week! I watched: Happily Ever After, Barbie Nutcracker, Cinderella, Bambi, Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Date Night, Rumor Has It, and Harry Potter 7. Yeah, lets just say I had a picture-perfect, relaxing week. :)

Harry Potter.

Well, my lovely friends, I just got home from the movie theatre. I'm sure you know what I saw...Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part Uno! And, lemme just tell you, it was FANTASTIC. It was so good. Like, sooo good. I can't wait until the Part Dos next summer(:
    Just two more days of Thanksgiving break. Oh, this break was way to short. Just three weeks until finals. I am so nervous about them. I'm sure I'll do fine in Algebra, but in Biology?! Imma fail. Ohh, well.

I Pay for My Teachers dis-organization!

My algebra teacher, who is also my AVID teacher, is SOOO unorganized. I've dealt with some of the things she's messed up on grades before, but this time I am not happy. When I was absent two Fridays ago, my AVID class did this report on this activity we had done a couple days before. Since I was absent I had no clue about the report. And so on Tuesday when she was telling us all the things we had missing in her classes, she told me I had that report missing. So, I told her that I was absent, and she said okay just turn it in on Monday. So, I thought, "Okay cool, no problem." BUT, I just look at my progress report grades, that are final, and I have an 84 in that class. And, I know what your thinking, "And 84, Hannah? That's not bad at all." And it's not, but it is when the reason you have an 84 is because your teacher gave you a 60 for a report you didn't even DO! I just saw the grade, so I'm like overly angry and venting...I should have cooled down before I wrote this. Too Late.

Delicious.

I just got done eating some of the most amazing food of my life. Thanksgiving Food. My mom has been cooking for two days and it was all worth it. There was Turkey, Dressing, Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes,  Cranberry Sauce...I feel like I'm leaving something out..Anyways, the food was overly delicious. I am now the stuffed turkey. :) lol! Oh, and of course there was dessert. Delicious Pecan Pie!! My mom also made pumpkin pie, but I'm not a fan. But, the pecan pie was amazing!!!! :) Everything was just amazing. I'm so Thankful for Thanksgiving.
    Anyways, now I'm in my room with my fishy and we're watching the Barbie Nutcracker! :)

My Plan.

My plan for this break is simple: Do what I want. I want to have a great Thanksgiving break, in preparation for my birthday weekend!! I would also like to catch up on some things that have neglected, like, the book Linger. But first I'll need to finish my school reading, then read it. Anddddddd, I wanna see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows!! Gosh, I didn't realize I had so much to do until now. Let's hope five days is enough. Anyways, I hope to have a fantastic break as I hope you do. I <3 You.

Mornin' Ya'll.

It's 6:38... I'm wide awake, dressed and I have a full stomach. If I were to tell you that last year, there would have been something wrong with me. But this year is a lot different from last year. Anyways, I'm sitting here waiting for it to be 6:55 so I can leave and go to school early. I need to go get a map from Mr. Griffin and work on some homework in his room. Actually, I could/should be doing that homework right now. Well, I'm gonna go brush my teeth and put my makeup on...then do that homework :)

Thanksgiving Break.

Thanksgiving break couldn't be any closer! Just one more day of school and then its FIVE days off. FIVE! I am SO excited. This is a much needed break. For I have been studying and working like crazzzy. I am exhausted, to say the least. But, I do know that when next Monday comes around the school work will be even more intense, due to finals. So, I better enjoy this nice, hopefully relaxing, break with family and friends. I don't actually have any big plans, besides going out one day to my aunts house. Other than that my week is empty, except for sleeping which will take up about 70% of the break. :) Well, I better go..I have homework to do and Rover is looking a little hungry.

The Truth Is...

The Truth is I like to read. Though I have said numerous times I hate to read, I actually like it..a lot. It's just that when I have the choice of reading or being on the internet & watching TV. I choose internet & TV. And that is because when I get home from school and am exhausted, I do not want to use my brain to read. I want all the smart thoughts to go away and be replaced with nothingness. And, NO! I'm not depressed. I'm just tired & lazy and I'm perfectly happy with that. But, I do like to read sometimes. When I get a good book, I don't put it down. I read and read and read until the end. And then I take a 6-10 month break until I find another book. The Truth is I love to read.

Happy Days. No Terrible Days.

***As some of you might have read this on my Buzz post, I thought I would talk about this in my blog, too and elaborate a little bit.

     So, I read my friends Facebook posts that go to highschool and at least once a week somebody has a terrible day and they hate school and never want to go back. And then, like, the next day they had a great day. And then the pattern repeats the next week, and so on. And I just realized that I have not had a terrible day...yet. Yes, I have had very stressful days and have had a couple meltdowns, but not because of anything at school. It was because of me and my procrastination.  And this makes me happy :) And, like I've said 13928684 times..I love school..I love my school :)
     Continuing on the subject of school, I hate substitutes. And not because they are substitutes, but because more than half of them don't know what to do! Like, seriously! My school has a MAJOR problem with talking. The classes I'm in, EVERYBODY talks NON-STOP. It's ridiculous, and I know what some of you might be thinking..But, NO, I'm not the one talking. :) Anyways, the sub's don't know what to do with us! For me, after a while of us continuing to talk, yell at us, or do something!! They do nothing, except tell us to be quiet. And that does nothing. Also, having substitutes in math is the worst. And I just miss my teachers...
    Okay, enough about school. I have a blog related question. I saw on my friends blog that she has a page for photos, just photos. Would you like me to have a page just for pictures? Love you!

One Month. No Homework. Ice Cream. Library. Weather.

     ONE MONTH. ONE MONTH. EXACTLY ONE MONTH. It is exactly one month until my 15th Birthday, which means driving permit! :) :) :) :) :) :) I am so so so excited for my birthday. Yay. 

     Also, I have NO homework tonight, which is VERY unusual. But it's because it's the last grading day of this six weeks. But who cares, I have no homework tonight, which means more socializing time! And it looks like I'll have all A's on my report again! 

     I love ice cream. 

     It's Thursday and that means volunteering. I volunteered at the library with J&J and we made bookmarks for the elderly in nursing homes. It was nice :) 

     Today is the second day in a row that it's been really cold and windy. It's amazing, I love it! And today in 8th period my professor let us go outside for the last 45 minutes of class. It was SO nice outside, and I walked over to the Cyber Cafe and got ice cream. Overall GREAT day!

School, Weather, and Holidays.

     I love my school. I honestly love my school. Since it's so small my school is like a second family. And, I love my teachers, principal & counselor. My teachers, besides my biology teacher, are the best. Mr. Griffin, my social studies, is the best teacher everr. I stayed after school today, with some other friends, and we played Spades with him. It was awesome! But, seriously, I could not imagine going to any other school! :)
     Two Words that make me happy: COLD WEATHER. Finally it is COLD. Like, coat, scarf, boots, mitten cold. It is uh-mazinggg. Please, Texas, I beg you to keep this weather forever...Or at least until February. No more warm fronts, please :)
     And finally, Holidays. Oh, tis the season of holidays. Many, many wonderful holidays full of delicious food. Halloween is the start of what I like to call, "The Triple Threat." (I actually just made that up, but I really like that name now) I thought of the name because all three holidays have amazing, unhealthy food and they are right after each other. Halloween=Candy, Thanksgiving=Turkey, Ham, Dressing, Rolls, Pie, etc, Christmas=Same as Thanksgiving. So, you see what I mean. Triple Threat. Never the less, I love ALL of that food and I couldn't be happier for this time of year.
